How do I reinstall my operating system with no disc

I reset my computer because my win 10 download isn't working properly... Now it says no operating system

Run it and it will download what you need to reinstall.
Like Phillip Corcoran I wonder what you meant by "reset". It sounds like you didn't restore to factory settings, which is what most folks mean by "reset".

To add to wpgwpg's answer, you need to run the Media Creation Tool on some other computer, where you can access Internet. And tell it to create a Windows installation on a USB stick (you only need 4GB of space).

Then, take the stick to the broken computer and install Windows.
