Can't activate WiFi on My Laptop

This is really strange, I can't seem to connect to my home's wifi for whatever reason. I can't even activate the wifi. Every time I try to, it just doesn't let me. My laptop was fine yesterday and all of a sudden the wifi won't even start. This is a video of what i am saying.https://youtu.be/HuGsXpTej38

Does your keyboard have a wifi button? Mine does, it is FN+F12. I had the same issue.

also some laptop on the bottom of the case have a wifi on/off switch that will override the fn wifi key.

Yes my keyboard has a fn button, if i press fn and f5 it tells me to turn on the wireless device, what now?
