Game tabbing out while playing.

I play CS:GO often and sometimes I tab out while I'm playing. This happens whenever I turn/move my mouse fast and click/fire, because the cursor comes out of the game and it clicks on the desktop or whatever other window I happen to have open.
If anyone could tell me why this occurs and how I could possibly fix it, I would appreciate it.

Don't play in windowed mode... guess that is too obvious

I can't think of a way to stop the desktop stealing focus if you have mouse over it.

it does it in any display mode, fullscreen, windowed, windowed fullscreen. The mouse just flickers out of the game window for a second while Im moving my mouse fast. Which is most likely going to be when I need to turn quickly to kill an enemy meaning I need to click therefore it's going to click on the desktop and tab me out causing me to get killed.
