Hello, i am running windows 10 and have the latest version of iTunes on my PC. Whenever i connect my iPhone 6 and sync however, the syncing process reaches step 3 (Preparing to copy items), a small window pops up saying "iTunes has stopped working" and under this it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I am travelling soon and would like to sync movies and plenty of songs to my iPhone and if i cant do this i will be gutted.

All answers are much appreciated, Ajsski99

Hi,

Please do try doing these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, run Windows Update and install all the updates available then test weather Itunes will work or not after.
- If it will not work do a clean install of Itunes. Use this 3rd party uninstaller to completely delete Itunes in your PC.
- Here's the link: http://www.revouninstaller.com/download-professional-version.php
- Once Itunes has been uninstalled, reboot your PC and you can uninstall the software you used to uninstall Itunes after it reboots.
- After the reboot do download and install the latest Itunes software from Apple.
- Here's the link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
- After installing Itunes do test it again and see if the same problem will persist...
