what is your problem with installing? Have you got a windows 10 install USB? (download here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10)

I can't say I have seen installer say please wait after clicking install.

Hey there, Franklin!

Did you manage to see the error code of the BSOD? I'd suggest you find another computer to test the HDDs from your laptop. If you are trying to installing Windows onto it, make sure you disconnect the secondary drive. Otherwise, you are bound to encounter an OS confusion due to the two SATA drives connected.
I'd also suggest you consider a professional PC repair service where they will be able to perform full diagnostics on your system and find the source of the issue. Unfortunately, it could be hardware-related as well. :(

Keep us posted with the troubleshooting, though.

I just realised you using a different laptop, was going to link to a program that can read the error logs.

From what I know, those errors are all normally driver related which seems odd on a fresh install.

The WD advice is probably a good choice, need to see if your hdd are still working fine. What brand are they?

You might azlso want to test that new ram: http://www.memtest86.com/
