Can you use a oem key to upgrade to windows 10 and will it be a oem version of windows 10? Also do they give you anything to watch media like windows media player or I have to get a third party application.

Solution
You can upgrade any licensed and activated version of Windows 7 or 8.1 that's up to date on Windows Updates. If you have the Home version of 7 or 8.1, you'll get the Home version of 10. If you have the Pro version, you'll get the Pro version of 10. It will be licensed to your computer exclusively.

There is a media player included in Windows 10, but you can always add something like the VLC player if you wish.

Good luck.
