Cannot boot after windows 10 crash

Ive tried the repair option, booting in safe mode and all the likes, same end result. I get a command prompt to open on the welcome screen, it goes away and the computer won't do anything, Help!

It sounds like you need to restore from a backup if you have one. If you don't, you've just had a learning experience. If you have no backup, it's probably time to restore to factory settings. If you need to recover any data you don't have backed up, you could boot from a Linux disc.
