Anybody seen the start menu look like this before?

My Windows 10 start menu has a 1 px border that hovers on the outside of the menu (see image). The action center has one also. A clean windows install did not fix it. My monitor is set at the recommended resolution (1440p). I don't have zoom enabled. Any ideas?

Looks like your drivers are corrupted and ignoring the transparency, or you messed with some setting corrupting the transparency. For now, just clean install your drivers
