You usually connect the speakers and the monitor (via separate connections) directly to your PC. What are you trying to do?

The RL2455HM has both a 3.5mm in and out jack. You can plug the speakers directly into the monitor assuming you are using an HDMI source with audio. If you go this route, be sure to have the monitors volume set to 100%. I personally would suggest plugging the speakers straight into the audio source if possible as I have this monitor and feel like the audio feed from the monitor isn't as full as straight from the source.
