HELPHELP I AM STUCK. in a infinite loop when my window installation is at 64%

I resented my computer and then it started installing windows and it is stuck at 64% and it keep on restarting and I have been stuck for 2 hours plus pls HELP

the only solution i have found for this would be to download the win 10 install disc and do a fresh install.

I can't even on the computer its just show my asus Pc loading loading then it will show the percentage window is installed then it will start all over again

yeah, you will need to make the installer on another pc, I should have mentioned that

you don't know anyone with a computer who can download it for you?

try disconnecting all peripherals, they might be stalling it.
