MB died after put gpu in

My asrock z170 i5 6600k posted and booted just fine using the on board chip set. booted several times went to bio got good, cpu ,all 16 gig ram ,32.0 cpu temp. running 1.077 v then I added a SAPPHIRE Radeon 5750 gpu went to bootup. Had deep beeerrrr sound come from my logtech sound system immediate hit off switch on new PSU corsair 850m. removed card tried to restart all was dead. Checked PSU paper clip test is ok runs fans dvd drive and several other things. What happen MB dead or the CPU

Try resetting the CMOS and then try to start

did that before was ok, and after whole board dead, was running fine till restarted with just installed GPU
