I keep getting the BSOD when I try and backup my laptop's drive and when I try transferring files between one external drive t

Like the title says. Every time I try and backup my laptops m.2 ssd to an external drive I get the BSOD. I'm using a dell external 500gb hard drive and BVCKUP for the backup.

When trying to backup what's on my 500gb WD drive onto the new dell 500gb drive I get the same about 0-2% in, BSOD.

it will look at your error logs and tell us which BSOD you got and also possibly the name of whatever caused it.
paste the results in here and we see what we can do.
