Dell S2240L vs P2214H?

Actually I've own Dell S2240L, it's the great monitor ever I own yet. But because my needs was increased I considering to replace them with better one (but I don't know when I replace them since I can't afford them right now).

So I considering Dell P2214H for my next monitor, because it's rotateable so it useful for typing and editing vertical photos. And it has 3 input (DVI, D-Sub and DisplayPort but it has no HDMI) so it lots better when I own laptop. But the drawback is matte panel which is unfamiliar for me because glossy can generate more color than matte.

So which is better for better productivity? My Dell monitor is the best so I can't move on from them but not right now to buy them but preparation for future replacement

If you want to upgrade the monitor, save enough for the U series - U24xx or something, they are better and that is where you will feel a difference.
