I have a 1980x1080p resolution, but windows dont stay fine, just when i open a game...how to fix this ?

My control painel driver card nvidia geforce experience have a curiosity. It shows pc resolution maximun at 1360x768. But have UltraHd Hd and SD resolutions. These dont work fine, but if i play a game works normally. How to fix the screen on windows ? sorry for the bad english...

Hi...my monitor is philips 43pfg5000/78 and my gpu is a geforce gtx 690 2gb.
