So, I just ordered a new SSD and a new HDD because my 1TB is out of memory. I am trying to install Windows 7 onto my SSD so that I can have it as my main OS, but then also install Windows 10 onto my new HDD to have it for Windows 10 games. I have a few questions:

1) Would this be possible?
2) Would I install Windows 10 on the HDD firstor Windows 7?
3) Can I still install programs for Windows 7 onto the HDD that has Windows 10 installed? I will only install a few Win10 games, so I won't need all the space for Windows 10.

Yea it's possible, just when you want to go to a different OS, just go to bios and select boot device. And it is possible to do it like that. Windows is just 60GB less, but will be more with drivers.
