I'll get a 1080*1920 full hd Monitor for ( GAMING )
maybe
BENQ GL2460HM
or
Samsung S24D300HS 24 Inch LED LCD Monitor

and I have GTX 970 4gb card
what cable should i use with my monitor with card that gives me the best quality and details the card can afford

and please if you can tell me which monitor ( which i told you about up there ) is the best ?

displayport is the more modern connection so that might be the best option if the monitor you decide on has it. DVI and HDMI are basically the same besides the fact HDMI has both audio and video threw one cable. VGA is an analog connection so it would give you the worst picture quality
