WIndows 10 Install doesn't recognize disc drive

Hello, so for my PC build, I am trying to install Windows 10. Since this is the first operating system of this PC, I can't go download any ISO files or drivers. I only have the Windows 10 install disc. I have gotten as far as Custome Install, but it does not recognize the disc reader that the dvd is in. I can't do anything and the only help I can find is if I already have access to the computer. Help, Please!

first I would go into the bios of your motherboard and see if it sees the disc reader.
