Monitor keeps going to sleep

I turn on my computer Windows 10 loads and once it's done loading my monitor goes to sleep and saids there is no signal

So click on start.
Go to control panel.

Click on system and security.

Power options.
Click on change when computer sleeps.

Set turn off display to never.
Set the option for put the computer to sleep to never.

Click apply then ok.
