I'm a first time PC builder and only 14.

I have saved up for ages and finally built the PC. Iinstalled Windows 10, motherboard drivers and video card drivers from the CDs provided. But when I tried to connect to the Internet, I couldn't. I tried Ethernet cable and I couldn't even search for wifi networks. I downloaded LAN driver on usb and installed it. Nothing worked.
My partslist; http://pcpartpicker.com/user/HEIS3NBERG/saved/#view=Y3bqqs

Can anyone help me please? Am I missing network card or wifi adapted or something like that? If so please recommend what to buy.

Solution
You can check for you WIFI and LAN card in Device manager
i have seen the link you have provided in which i cannot find any network card, seems like you are missing the network card
