Hello,
I've had this problem for a while now. But it was periodic and I never thought anything of it before. Now it's almost every game I launch in fullscreen. The game I am trying to play now is Star Wars BattleFront 2, I've set everything to max and in fullscreen. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise on build 10240. I ran SFC /scannow and it came up with no errors.
I have a system with an R9 390 and an FX-8350 running. I also have two monitors.
I honestly have no idea what's going on. I've shut off a lot of programs from msconfig, restarted etc.
