Unknown Process in Task Bar taking 90-98% CPU in use???

Solution
Odd, most nasty software isn't always so helpful.
Yes, it's probably a virus or some malware.
First, download and install the free version of Ccleaner from here: https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER then run it, this may be enough to get rid of your problem, quite a lot of unwanted stuff settles down in the Explorer/Edge Temp folders.
If it persists you'll have to download and install some anti malware and anti virus software Malwarbytes is good for malware while both Avast! and AVG have either free versions or a limited free trial. In all cases be VERY careful to download ONLY from the vendor site, a lot of 'mirror' sites exist and they're all too often littered with both types of infection!

Ok.

Click on start of windows.

In the search box type: MSCONFIG

Select the search result in the left side menu or panel that appears by left clicking on it.

A new window or box will open.
Click on the startup tab in the new window or box that opens.

Look down the list for any program that does not have a meaningful word to a program or a set command path.

Eg: A set of random letters words or numbers that point to a temp directory.
Or anything that says unknown in startup.

Untick the program set to launch by its tick box to the left.

Click on apply and then ok.

Restart your system.
And look again at task manager, and the processes running.

See if the task has stopped.

You must have some malware that installed its self.
So as a secondary precaution.

Download Malware bytes from the link bellow, install it, and run a scan.
https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Or with a task of high cpu usage and utilization.
It can be a bitcoin mining program running.
As they are very, gpu and cpu intensive on your system.
