How to make my new LG monitor look better

i just bought the LG 23mp67vq and i want to see if i can mess around with the settings to make it look better.
Any suggestions do i download a driver or what.

This is actually a really good website to adjust your settings. It explains everything through the links. It's old but I've used it for a while. http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/. Don't get drivers or auto adjusters.
