2002 Cadillac deville 4.6l blowing antifreeze out the reservoir get hot and reading check coolant level thermostat and water pump been changed rust particles and corrosion came out the radiator was flushed twice with garden hose rust particles and corrosion came out put flush and cleaner in it and the temp hand went up two bars pass halfway and went back down under halfway a bar went out and started the car and it got hot again could it be the radiator plugged help please

The condenser could be plugged too. If it gets hot just idling then lift that up out of the way and see if that helps. otherwise, have the coolant checked for exhaust fumes. those Northstars are known for blowing heads so much my buddy used to joke about them: "How do you spot a Northstar from a distance" A: The car will be in the junkyard and wont have any body damage...
