Hey guys, I'm looking for a monitor but it's proving to be quite challenging to figure out which ones are decent. I'd be extremely grateful if you could help me out. I've filled out the form stickied on this forum.

1. UK
2. FPS Games, web browsing, documents
3. 27" 2560 x 1440
4. 60Hz
5. £300
6. None
7. None
8. No
9. 3 displays supported. XFX R9 280x
10. DVI-D/HDMI
11. Primary display
12. No

Im aiming for 30-60 fps on most games.
Thank you.

Thanks for the suggestion again but that costs a fair bit more in the UK than the currency conversion. At this point I've pretty much decided to go for a QNIX QX2710 monitor. Really appreciate your help though!

Hey I found a monitor, it converts to 216 pounds, so in your price range. however you'll have to find one in the uk.

Hey, thanks for replying. It's a good suggestion but ideally I'd like a 27 inch monitor because a 24 inch screen would be too small for me. I don't mind if the panel is IPS or TN either because I think IPS drives up the price and TN is better for gaming anyway.

Edit: Scratch that. I've been doing a bit of reading and apparently response times are a bit of a myth, as is the TN vs IPS for gaming. However I still wouldn't mind a TN display if it saves me a few quid.
