Windows 10 Education Not Receiving Updates?

I received a copy of Windows 10 Education from the Dreamspark program. I have had it installed for close to 6 months and I have been unable to update it at all. I get the small security updates but the OS has not received the large November update or anything like it. When running winver it is showing I am still running build 10240.

I first tried to force download the update via the ISO tool on the Microsoft website and the tool told me it was unable to update. I then contacted Microsoft and they played around with my computer and could not figure out the 'problem'. I then asked the Microsoft support individual as blatant as possible if Windows 10 Education is even eligible to receive these large updates and I could not get a straight answer.

So does anyone know if Windows 10 Education is eligible for these updates? Does anyone have Windows 10 Education and successful moved past build 10240?
