Which budget card does triple monitors?

I am finding that the Geforce 210 isn't cutting it for three monitors, so it looks like I need to upgrade. Which budget GPU will work with three monitors? Right now I have the 210 which has VGA, DVI and HDMI. I can get two monitors working but not three.
After reading through the forums, there are a lot of people that say "yes that card can" and then after, they purchase it, find out they couldn't.
Suggestions welcome!

Solution
No where did he ask for a sports car (gaming) so no it is nothing like that.

If you have an available slot and your psu can handle it, yes you can get another 210.

A GF 210 doesn't support 3 monitors only 2, a r7 360 has support for up to 4 displays.

I don't think there is a card with GDDR3 memory that supports more than 2 monitors. So you would have to get the cheapest card with GGDR5 memory. Like a r7 360 or a GTX 750 (pretty sure they are the cheapest and newest GDDR5 cards)

UPDATE: My mistake, a 5450 is said to be able to support 3 displays http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/desktop/5000/5450
which I think is strange seeing how its spec-ed lower than the r7 cards.
The AMD website also says it supports crossfire, but I seriously doubt that.

2nd UPDATE: I believe there are some versions of the AMD 5450 that have DisplayPort and these are the ones with proper eyefinity support as listed in the Specs on the AMD page.
I also refered to this. http://superuser.com/questions/110328/does-the-radeon-hd-5450-support-three-displays in which someone said:
"The graphics cards will not support EyeFinity without DisplayPort, which means you don't get the fancy EyeFinity features like stretching the desktop across 3 screens as one large resolution. You can still run 3 displays as separate desktops though, just as you can use dual monitors on any video card with 2 DVI or a VGA and a DVI output."

Depends on what country the op is from. In my country (Australia) you can expect to pay between $160-$200 for a 750ti

this is like saying I would like a sports car that does 200mph but I would like it to be under $15,000 please.....if you dont need performance just buy one of those crap usb video card things that turns your usb port into another display.....that should work for you if you just want the extra real estate

$115 for a 2gb GGDR5 is relatively cheap. We aren't talking about DDR3 cards. The ddr3 cards are terrible for gaming now, and the 750ti is quite the good budget gaming card.

But the op isn't looking for a gaming card, he just wants something to use 3 monitors on.

Yes, sorry my ability to use three monitor is only for research and learning java, whereas I have one open for the editing, one for the research and one for doing some coding exercises. I am looking for cheap because of that, after I am done learning java, I will probably put away the third monitor as it is a bit excessive for anything else I do.
Can I put together 2 X gf 210?
Also, I should have mentioned that I live in Canada and the 750ti is a bit more expensive here.

GF 210 is not SLI compatible, therefore the 2 cards won't work together.
