Switching between monitors and computers

I'm trying to set up a system at home so when I work from home and have my laptop connected to the docking station, I can connect the docking station to my two monitors. When I'm not working but using my desktop, I want it to connect to these two monitors.

Is there any type of switching system that would handle this easily?
