I am having trouble with my windows on my ssd which is my main harddrive on my laptop and I was to erase everything on the harddrive and reisntall a new windows that i have on an iso file that i downloaded. How do i do that safely?

Either burn a DVD from that .ISO file or convert it to a bootable flash drive. Then just run the installation pgm. Win installation pgm will take card of formatting the SSD.
