During the installation of windows 10 and when you choose custom instal you delete all of the partions and now you have unallocated space now to hit next for windows to instal or first better to hit the new button which will make some small partions require by windows ?

Its better to make some new partitions because windows 10 has many bugs to fix,if any problem occurs in the os partition then,

What, exactly, are you installing to? 25GB is way too small.

And from there, you would click Next.

but I mean should I first click new then next or just click next ?
some people on youtube first click new then next to begin the installation why ?

Just click Next. The OS install will create what it needs.
