Can't open start menu, slow right-click, freeze when selecting an mp3 file

Basically said it all in the title. It all started this morning out of nowhere. It's weird that they all started at the same time.. :/ When I select an mp3 file, explorer freezes for about a minute, but then it unfreezes and the mp3 file is selected; just to elaborate

It sounds like you may have a virus and/or Windows is having an issue with something internal. Do you notice any other odd behavior? Weird pop ups, internet page redirects, anything like that?
