I ordered a monitor on dell canada a week ago, huge mistake.

Basically my order got canceled and I didn't got notified.
(I got the two first notification confirming my order processed though).

I have no clue why my order got canceled, so I try to contact dell via their online form,
invalid order number, invalid client number.
I spent nearly on one hour trying to contact them on the website, no success.

I'm sorry if the post doesn't belong here but I just needed to let it out.

My experience gets worse and worse ...
I started a chat with support this morning, the person advised me to call the verification service and he told me service opened from 8am to 5pm.
I called the verification team, seem the service is not opened yet.
I chat again with another support guy who gives me the same number but different opening hours (10 am to 5 pm).

I just called the verification team again, no one is picking up the phone after 20 minutes of wait.
