1080p, 144Hz Bandwidth Requirement

How much dual-link DVI cable bandwidth do I need for that res and refresh rate? There are 4.95 Gbps and 9.95 Gbps transmission rates out there. Thanks.

One is single link, other is dual link bandwidth. You need bigger one for 144hz operation.

Or you could go for Displayport, if your monitor and GPU support it. Otherwise, dual-link DVI.

I don't know much about DVI bandwidth. Like i said if you can use displayport, use that. Highest bandwidth of them all. Cables like $10

I can only guess - it's single link cable with dual link connectors
(or error in description).
