Asus gtx 950 with 75 watt power requirement in Thinkcentre with 60 watt PCIe x16 slot

Does anyone know if I can put Asus gtx 950 with 75 watt power requirement into Lenovo Thinkcentre m73 mini tower if I upgrade psu to 450w (current psu output 280w) even though pcie x 16 slot output is only 60 watts for this system? Will upgrading power supply increase power output for the pcie x16 slot?

Looking over everything you should be fine just remember the power requirement is the numbers when powered fully up, so just dial the card down in bios a few hairs once installed..your making a good choice going with this vs 750 ti.

so in other words by upgrading power supply my PCIe x 16 slot will still output only 60 watts but the difference between 75 watt requirement is negligible?
