Which Power Plan is better for Computer System?

Hello folks, I need to know that which power plan is best for computer system not for laptop. I was using 'Balanced' but know I'm using High Performance, thinking that it might gives little more performance. Am I right? and does 'High Performance' power plan on Computer System leads to more CPU temps?

Balanced will give you better temps,less power consumption, so longer lasting battery, but you sacrifice proformance.

Whats about computer system? there's no battery in it. And second, on high performance will the game gains fps?

Maybe, balanced/power saver was basically made for laptops, it's basically to save power/ battery, I say just leave it on high proformance.

For Gaming on Computer System, I think High performance will be better. For laptop Power Saver/Balanced is better according to tasks.
