Tags: Gaming Components Last response: February 26, 2010 8:40 PM in Components Share marsay001 February 25, 2010 5:07:03 PM Title says it really, Need them to last about 6 months ( as in before new games start takign there toll ) For gaming at a res of 1440 x 900 Specs : athlon 7750 BE ASUS M3N78-VM 3GB DDR2 1033mhz 160 GB HDD (seagate) just got rid of my 9800 gt, which was kept dropping under the magic 30 fps on maxxed out setting at 1280x1024. As I say, Just need these part to see me through a few months, Im starting a new job soon, but untill now have been unemployed a couple of months. hense the low budget. As for the HDD I have a question, its had about 10 installs fresh installs on it, a few viruses. and now my pc jsut generally seems slow, are HDD's affected over time?. and as for the card a 5750? That is probably a 5750 or 5770 which is all you need for a resolution of 1440.
