So maybe wrong place to put this, but I use ES file Explorer on Android, and link it with my pc, win 10
So this has always worked and been set up to auto login ( makes sense later)
I had windows updates blocked by lack of space on C drive until yesterday, and let it update. What a mistake.
The automatic update wiped all my network settings fully. I now can't even see the pc in my es Explorer on the network
I have reset network discovery on the pc, set the drives I use to share and reset my phone and file Explorer, and router hub
I can't see the pc ( though I do get to see the pc IP address on searching) and can't login to what I can see.
Anyone have any ideas what Iay be missing? I'm sure it's likely something simple as it's driving me crazy trying to fix it
