Change brightness in CS GO only

I use fullscreen windowed mode on counter strike. is there a program that can up the brightness in cs go without changing my desktop brightness in amd radeon settings? i only want to tweak the brightness in game

I wish it was there but no, putting up the broghtness of your monitor will be the best option
