Your account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator. Well I am the system admin but I disabled it in the cmd. I currently am logged out and the only account I can log into is the one that is blocked.

Do you have multiple Admin accounts on the system.
If so use the other admin account, to enable the other admin account currently disabled.

Well I was logged in last night trying to disable the built in admin but I disabled all accounts

By default in windows the first account is always Admin.
It has to be in order to create a standard account or another admin account.

If you disable it you goose everything up.

Because no doubt you used an admin account to disable it.

An admin of the account being used cannot be disabled by the admin.
Only the other admin of another account can disable it.

So if you have two admin accounts log into the second one.

Yes my account I was using was an admin but I disabled it..... I thought it would disable my built in admin. Instead I currently have no account to log in on.

So your saying you have no accounts showing on the main login page at all?

But you had two admin accounts, and both don`t show at login ?
The rule is always one admin account has to reside in windows, so i don`t see how you managed to get into the state you are in.

I don`t even know why you wanted to delete the admin account in the first place.

But it looks like you have messed things up if you do not or no longer have any sort of admin account to login to on the system.

The problem is I can't log in

Still need help anyway to reach cmd without logging in or system recover. When I turn on the PC and go to the login screen I have no power down options

Use your system recovery disk or reinstall your os.
