Hi, I just wanted to double check that this build will fit together well and won't have any major issues when it comes to getting it up and running. It contains:
-Sharkoon VG5-V case
-Asus H81M-Plus Motherboard
-8GB of Corsair DDR3 RAM (low profile)
-Intel i5 4460 CPU
-Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB HDD
-GTX 760 graphics card
-450W PSU (getting it spare from a friend)
And I plan to get a disk drive from another friend to install Windows. I am open to any suggestion of change, however be aware I am on a budget, so nothing too extreme.

Not sure yet, I haven't got the details off of him. I should find out by the end of today, however. Is getting a second hand PSU going to hamper performance or affect the computer negatively in any way? I'm still unsure about it.

All depends on the quality of components gone into the PSU. Most local brands use low quality chinese capacitors which could fail at high loads or even worse.

I personally would not recommend a second hand PSU unless you are in a very tight budget and unless the PSU that you are getting is of a good quality brand like Antec, Seasonic or XFX.
