You can't use an LGA1150 motherboard with an LGA1151 CPU. You have to use a board designed for Skylake CPU. You could use a better quality power supply but you'll need to increase your budget a bit more.

Yes the H110 board will work fine but the Corsair CX series power supply are not very good. Try something from XFX or Seasonic. If you want EVGA their G2 and GS series are the best.
