So, I rushed into buying this Monitor (AOC G2460PQU 144hz) from Currys as it was only £130 with a 1 Year warrenty. Well, Apparently I forgot to check the inputs.

The Monitor I brought only Supports DVI-D and my GPU is a DVI-I. I saw you can buy connectors that converts DVI-D to DVI-I, Just wondering, Is there any Cons to using this connector - Will this Hinder performance at all?

Also, This Monitor also only takes DisplayPort and my GPU only has Mini DisplayPort....

Also, Just making sure, This is the connector I'll need, right?

Solution
You don't need to buy anything. Dvi-i is compatible with all dvi and that's why they put it on gpus. The monitor comes with the cable you need.

Dang, Now I feel really stupid! Should've thought about that just by looking at the connector differences... haha.
