Just upgraded my computer, everything is going well expect for the fact that my razer kraken headest is not detecting. Help D:

Did you get the latest razer update?

try uninstalling the driver software and reinstalling it as the error says its missing an essential file. Synapse is never much good even when it is working.

try running driver booster and make sure you have latest drivers, it could be the chipset drivers needs an update to recognise the kraken
