27" Full HD 1920x1080 IPS monitor will look terrible ?

After searching around the internet for awhile, I find some information that 1920x1080 Full HD look terrible on 27" monitor.

27" must be at least 2k(1440p) resolution ? As they suggest 1080p better stay at 23" or 24" .
1080p in 27" will be pixelated in game and daily computing such as internet surfing or documents typing ? Will IPS panel technology helps in reduce the pixelated image or word?

Need some comment on overall quality on a 27" Full HD 1920x1080 IPS Monitor.

No, why would it look terrible? Those people have no idea what they're talking about. The retina distance for a 27" 1080 is 107 cm, but that's not a rule, and it's based on a visual acuity of 20/20 or 6/6. I start noticing the pixel structure (black gap between pixels), at like 1/5th the distance for when it should be retina, and my visual acuity is better than 20/20 6/6, either way. No, it won't look terrible, enjoy your new monitor!

Will the image look slightly pixelated on it as it has bigger screen size? Sorry for noob question ..

No, it won't look pixelated. Besides, 27" is hardly a size worth comparing to 24", as they are almost the same size anyways.

As it has full hd IPS and 4 ms 27" , it is good for gaming ?
Because i decide to order this via online , cant see it by myself so i have do some research on it . Thankss !

It's probably a good monitor. The panel is made by LG or AUO, both are very good companies, though the problem is, there's so much variation when it comes to defects, so because I'm stuck with guessing, I would instead buy a monitor which is more well known and reviewed a lot.
