History:

I upgraded my PC in 2013. I bought a whole bunch of different Noctua fans. These fans I'm offering have been opened and installed in a Corsair Obsidian 900D PC Tower, however they were never plugged into the motherboard. They were installed in my tower for 3 years, but never actually plugged in and used. So now I am selling them.

Condition of the Noctua fans:

They were all really dusty, so I bought some canned air and cleaned them up with just the small can. I sued a light cotton towel to get any excess dust out between the fins. Its not perfect clean, because I ran out of canned air and pocket change. :/

What the Noctua fans come with:

1. All of the original boxes / packaging.
2. Every box has 4 silver screws.
3. Every box has 4 rubber mounted vibration screws. (Some of these are worn, but still work good)
4. Every box has 1x Low Noise Adapter.
5. Every box has 1x Y-Cable.
6. 11 out of 11 boxes have 1x Extension Cable.

Final Assessment of the Noctua fans:

They are opened, but really unused. They were installed in my PC Tower for 3 years, but never plugged into the motherboard. They come complete with all their original boxes and packaging. The fans were dusty, so I used to canned and a light cotton tower to clean them up.

I may be mistaken but think readers might be a little misled by the photo of i7 CPU boxes when you're only selling the heatsink. Otherwise good luck but for three year odl fans, the price strikes me a little on the high side.

Thank you for the heads up. I will lower the Obsidian D900 guts down to $40... would that be better? I will probably just retake pictures of the i7-4770k heatsink to make it more clear. Thank you.

You mean 3 year old fans? Well, to be fair, the Noctua fans were never used, they were taken out of the box, installed into the Obsidian D tower, but they were never plugged into the motherboard. They were essentially never used. I took them out of the tower, cleaned them up the best I could and put them all back in their boxes with the original packaging. I will lower the Noctua fan lot to $150 shipped. I do not view them as used since they technically have not been used, they've never been powered on; not once.
