Basically, specific windows applications - such as windows store, settings, edge, etc. have lost their icons. They show up perfectly in the Start Menu, but when they are run, they are simply white squares in the task bar:

As you can see, the last three are the problematic icons. The first icon is Windows Settings, the second is Windows Store, and the last is Microsoft Edge.

I believe the icons are working fine, because you can just about see the gear icon in the first white square, and you can obviously see the Edge icon, but they are all surrounded by this ugly and (previously not present) white square

Also, if this helps, the icons seem to be gone when searched on the start menu:

If you do know any solutions to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it!!! :D

ATTEMPTED SOLUTIONS (This needs to be acknowledged):

I have:
- Moved the task bar, and un-pinned the problematic icons.
- Deleted the icon cache, and re-made a new one.
- Attempted to remove all updates that Microsoft allow me to remove...
- The next ones are soon to come hopefully!
