Any good budget IPS monitor? <200$

Could you guys help me out a bit? I want to buy an IPS monitor for under 200$ ,but I do also want to use it for gaming,so one with little ghosting would be ideal. What would you recommend?

I use three AOC i2367s in Nvidia Surround. They were cheap when I picked them up and have super thin bezels. They don't however have hdmi (dvi and vga only) and a non adjustable stand. You get what you pay for though and that's panel which is better than all of the others I have used in the past. I find myself mostly playing on one monitor these days and it games as good as I have seen.
