What do you think about this budget $350 gaming PC with need of a later upgrade.

part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jssdjX

CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor ($65.23 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z170 Pro4S ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($82.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($17.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card ($143.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Azza SIRIUS ATX Mid Tower Case ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($33.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $364.15

Notes:
1) CPU: Why G4400? I want the later upgrade possibility to Intel i5 CPU, so I need intel socket, but i3-6100 is more than twice as expensive. G4400 will be overclocked to 2x4.5Ghz using Sky OC (ASRock Z170 motherboards can overclock non-K intel processors. It disables integrated cpu graphics, but one dont need that for gaming). G4400 is cheaper than x4 860k or G3258 (often used in budget gaming builds) and using new technologies (1,5y. younger). What do you think? (I know 2 cores are not enough for Witcher 3, but in 99% games should be no problem at all, no bottleneck for GPU I guess.)
2) Motherboard: I want to put in a good motherboard, which will later carry i5 and support new technologies with no problems at all. So I choosed rather expensive motherboard and rather cheap processor for now.
3) Memory/storage I will get 8GB RAM next month, it is only +$15. Also I got a spare 1TB HDD in addition to this SSD (this will be only used to run Windows + one choosen game).
4) CASE: any tips for a cheap case with USB 3.0? I dont really need one, but it is nifty, you know. Any tips appreciated. :)

So what do you think, guys? Is it better than old G3258 / x4 860k budget $350 builds? I think it is the same price, plus gaming motherboard and better GPU. Any tips appreciated. :)
