Well for 1 week now my system randomly crashed and reboots, sometimes with BSOD. And sometimes without.

So far i tried to recreate the error.. With Running Prime95 on all Cores + Furmark to push the Power Consumption to Max same as Temperature.
But both action didnt result in a Crash.
The time for the crash jumps between 15 min up to 3 hours.

I already check the RAM with memtest 86+, with 0 errors. The Temperature of CPU and GPU are also fine.
i even reset Win 10. And Bios also got reset to default.

In most cases i get WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Sadly i dont have spare parts to check the power Source etc.

Thanks for your Feedback already.
Maybe i can find a solution here.

I've been having similar issues in Win 10 under heavy loads. Especially after getting my MSI GTX 980 Ti Golden Edition. I'm leaning towards PSU not being up to snuff/failing. I've got an old Corsair 650 watt 80+ Bronze that was purchased back in 2009 and has seen a lot of hours. Luckily I have a new EVGA GQ 850 watt coming in the mail tomorrow. I'm also replacing my ram just to rule that out(over 4 yrs old). If I were you I'd definitely be looking at PSU.
