Looking to buy a better monitor for my current build need help anything you suggest will be greatly appreciated. Would also like some advice if I can still use the monitor currently in my build as a second monitor or having two of same hz would be better.

Here is my build to help you decide what the best monitor is for me.

Solution
Acer XB270HU.
1440p IPS 144hz G-Sync 4ms response time monitor.
Great monitor with good colors out of the box, and even better if you download a tft central settings profile for it.
I think that so long as you are only using one for gaming, having one 144hz and one 60hz is just fine.
Reason I didn't put the 165hz ROG swift in here is that Asus has poor quality control, and 165hz looks very similar to 144hz to most people who own it.
You should be able to get around the 100fps maxed at 1440p! :)
