I am looking to beef up my rig a little bit.

What needs to be upgraded the most? My budget will probably be around $250-$300. Here are my specs:

If you want to beef it up for gaming an ssd will not help it get more fps, but it will make games load faster and boot faster. I would spend $250 on a 380x, if you can't wait 1 month for a way better gpu using pascal or polaris. Thats right! Even if SSD makes your system feel totally pumped it doesnt mean that games will run faster on FPS. Will load faster yes, but not FPS.

380 is a good card and Polaris will be even better for that price.
